Heads up - this place is a total scam! They ain't the friendly folks they pretend to be; it looks like they just want to take advantage of those who are vulnerable.

They don't stick to their own sales agreements.

After taking my money for seven weeks, they suddenly say the items I ordered are out of stock (I seriously doubt they even have any items in stock).

Then they try to push an unsuitable substitute on me and want to charge extra for it.

It's like ordering 11 cases of wine and getting a bunch of grapes instead, and then they have the nerve to ask for the same price, if not more. No way!

I asked for a manager to call me after being lied to multiple times by customer service, who couldn't help at all.

You might want to read and actually follow your own sales agreement, and I’d be more than happy to change my review if you do.

Otherwise, I’ll be reporting this to the FCA and the Ombudsman.

Awful business, awful customer service. They just grab your cash and you won't ever receive your items. Now their email is down too, so reaching out is impossible. Steer clear at any expense; you might need to go legal to reclaim your funds.

Each time, I got the same response saying someone would get back to me soon. But they never did. Since I have a yes cataloge credit line, my credit score has taken a serious hit. I don’t even use that credit line, so why is it such a hassle to just delete my account?
